Finley Group, Inc., a Strategic Consultancy and Program Management firm based in Birmingham, Alabama, is undertaking the development and buildout of the Interstate-20 eXpress High-Speed Intercity Passenger Rail (I-20X). This includes all development, raising private capital, Federal reviews, design, construction, rolling stock procurement, construction and operation.
I-20X will revolutionize intercity (and interstate) travel through five Southern states: Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas, and bring investment, business and job opportunities to the region. Train stations will be established in Atlanta, Birmingham, Jackson, Shreveport and Dallas. The system will extend local interconnected transit and more connected regions, including Tyler TX, Longview TX, Monroe LA, Vicksburg MS, Meridian MS, Tuscaloosa AL, and Anniston-Oxford AL.
